This notice explains how Module Pathcore handles names, emails, cover briefs, and visit requests for Spider-Verse limited edition digital covers.

What we collect
From the brief form: name, email, chosen sitting or commission, and the message you type (costume notes, city, edition size, visit days). If you commission, we also keep deposit records, mint hashes we issue, and the paper ledger copy. We do not ask for wallet seed phrases, identity documents, or payment card numbers through this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to briefs, schedule Burradon viewings, draw and mint covers, and keep an edition table that matches the art. The legal bases are contract (when you commission or reserve) and legitimate interests (when you only ask a question). Cookie analytics run only if you accept on the banner; see cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 18 months. Commission files, mint hashes, and ledgers are kept for seven years so a later provenance sitting can still match number to art. You may ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a commission.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the brief you sent. You may object to analytics cookies by rejecting them. You may complain to the ICO in the United Kingdom.
International transfers
Email and hosting may store copies outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on the host’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Cover files are not sent to a public marketplace by us unless you ask us to list a drop number.
Sharing
We do not sell collector lists. We share a mint hash with you and, if you use a third-party viewing tool, that tool will see whatever you upload — that upload is your choice, not ours.
