These terms apply when you use this site, send a brief, reserve a drop number, sit for provenance, or commission a Spider-Verse limited edition digital cover from Module Pathcore.
Acceptance
By sending a brief or paying a deposit you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not commission work or reserve a number. Quotes are invitations to treat until we confirm in writing.
The work
We draw original cover compositions. We do not sell official Marvel house publications, interior sequential issues, or unlimited open editions. Edition size is locked before inks. Changing edition size after that lock is a new commission.
Intellectual property
Until the balance is paid, pencils, inks, colour files, and trade dress remain with Module Pathcore. After payment and minting of the agreed edition, you hold the numbered files issued to you. We retain the right to show the cover in the studio and on this site as an example of work, unless your confirmation email asks us not to show an unpublished board. You may not mint additional copies of the same composition or strip the edition bug from the file for resale as an open image.
Liability
We are not liable for wallet loss, forgotten passwords, or third-party marketplaces where you later list a cover. Our liability for a commission is limited to the fees you paid us for that cover, except where the law of England and Wales does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).
Site use
Do not scrape this site to train models on our cover notes, or present our gallery as your own studio. Text and photographs on the site are for describing the Burradon practice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, as applicable in Great Britain. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect unpublished boards.
